21 Spiritual Icons #1: Himalaya (Tibetan Buddhism)

I'm happy to share my first Buddhist/Himalayan-themed icons with you guys. I had a lot of fun doing these and I'll continue to create more in the future! I got inspired by my fascination with Himalayan cultures and spirituality. My next icon theme will be India, so keep an eye out for another batch! ;)

Yaaaay! Thank you! Honestly, I wasn't so sure about these icons. Some of them I think turned out too bright/washed out.. but then again, I'm a perfectionist and very critical of my own work. So it was nice to receive a comment like yours. :)

You're welcome! I'm guessing you're a buddhist? I know there aren't many buddhist icons here on LJ, so it was part of the reason why I created them! :) But also due to my fascination with Himalayan cultures, Tibetan Buddhism and oriental things in general.

Same here. I've always felt an affinity with Buddhism. So it's good to know that there are other fellow Buddhists here on LJ.
