weather man, for laughing when he said it was going to snow tonight. The camera below is at the middle school nearby:

EDIT: removed link to camera, it's not snowing anymore and I decided there was no point to leave it. Suffice it to say the weatherman was right, it DID snow. :P

Man, my parents got snow, too! I want snow, but it almost never snows in Austin. *pouts*

Well, my camera link is lame now because the snow has mostly melted already, but we are supposed to get more today and tomorrow. Both K and
I laughed and said, "yeah, right" when we saw the weather report. ANd my poor bro is supposed to be heading back to DAllas today!

Yikes! I hope your brother has a safe trip. The parental units drove home in the dark and got snow about 15 minutes before they got there.

Hey, I got some pics of the snow at mom's house. Will try to post them before next thanksgiving. :)

I drove through snow, heavy fog, rain, light sleet, but fortunately there was enough traffic in front of me to warm the roads.. and by the time I left Amarillo heading for Dallas, the temp stayed above freezing. I was just happy to make it back to Amarillo before dark. Traffic would not have been pretty had I waited til late saturday or sunday to go home... everybody was driving then.

Yeah, you're prob right. This way you got to spend as many days, but didn't have as crazy of traffic. Wish we could have seen more of you but that week just whizzed past me like a blur.
