quick update
A lot of this has gone on facebook, so anyone who cares probably already knows: I have a new job, working as a cashier at Best Buy. I've been working about a week, still don't have my own register numbers so I'm technically still in training

I have been writing for quite a long time now, and you know, I mostly credit that to you and a few others whom we're mutually connected to. You inspired me more than you could possibly know, because you wouldn't even remember me if I told you who I was.
I'll just say that I'm forever indebted to the poetry board.
So, thank you. My style has quite developed since you knew me (which I couldn't be happier about), but I do believe that your encouragement and constructive criticism helped me most.
