Heheh, I kept seeing that on my friend's page today and wondering why everyone was posting an IQ test result that displayed such a low result for them.

It was just this meme going around where you could take an "IQ test" and post the results on your LJ. It automatically gave you a really high score, and when you went to post it (because of course you'd want to post something that called you a genius), it changed to a low number, usually around the 60s or 70s, and you'd never even know it.

So, you have all these people posting IQ tests that are calling them retarded while they're squeeing about how they can't believe how smart they are.
