Hallelujah... Michael Medford is back!
I was afraid you had left me to be a hopeless romantic all by myself...
A cupcake can heal anything ;)
I'm glad your day was so awesome
And I think I almost died of cuteness at lunch today...
Love you so much sweetheart <3

rock on medford! i always treat valentines day as a day for all kinds of love (in my case, its generally familial and friend-ial, which is now a word)! and i love the songs you chose (though, in classic maura fashion, i have to make a few comments: a lot of the songs you chose are from either shows or movie musicals (my funny valentine, singing in the rain, cheek to cheek, just one of those things, and ive got you under my skin), and a lot of those are cole porter! clearly, mr. porter had something right, because not only are his songs better known as jazz standards than showtunes, he really does capture a lot about love). anyway, now that ive done a bit of musical analysis that was more or less completely unneccessary, i will do what i meant to do and wish you a happy valentines day!

If both of you would read the title of this section, it does not say anything about musical movies. Broadway Musicals are what is not present.

not true! my funny valentine is from pal joey, cheek to cheek is from top hat, just one of those things is from high society, and i've got you under my skin is from night and day (as well as the movie born to dance). also, i think singing in the rain has been turned into a stage show as well, but ill let that one slide. i forgive you for the musicals though, because theyre better known as jazz songs...
