Perhaps then you should not comment on her family when you do not know the situation.That was not her that posted, it was me.Just stay out of the drama. She is taking your "friend" to court over this and unless you want to be there..watch the comments.Sorry I was out of line a little, but what your friend posted was a bunch of lies which my cousin can prove in court and it made me angry she would talk about my little cousins like that when she is supposedly a grown woman. My cousin yelled at me for posting that as well since she really is not the person that pbxangel made her out to be .It will all come out at the defamation trial so it will be ok.Again,I am sorry but it's my family you were speaking of.

I understand what you're trying to say, but frankly, what I post in my friends' journals is something that only concerns myself and that friend. You would possibly have a valid argument if I had posted something in one of your journals. But that's not the case. And the implication that I could somehow be brought to court for commenting in my friend's PERSONAL journal is unfounded. Now, considering I don't know you and you OBVIOUSLY don't know me. Maybe my livejournal shouldn't be anything that you go out of your way to check up on. Thanks.
