See, I didn't want to be an asshole.  I wasn't planning to be an asshole today.
But you have just pushed my asshole button.

Can you explain why I got an email, literally 30 minutes after this one,
(which told me my account was coming due and the auto payment had
failed, which, if you'd asked, was because I changed credit cards thanks

What, you didn't notice until I didn't PAY you? The password was changed MONTHS ago.

That's bizarre. I've never had any trouble with renewal notices. Sounds like some kind of a glitch.

I know, right? I never have before.
But I got a totally useless note back from customer service that looked like a policy cut and paste with nothing personal at all. I'm rather disappointed - not even a "gee we're sorry you found it annoying".

Ugh, what a pain. Sometimes I think customer service has just plain been forgotten. (I will be ranting shortly about our latest brush with AT&T...)
