Decided to post this here from now on. I think I've got a tentative name for it...but I'll have to see what happens when I actually start writing it and throw a wrench (new character) in the mix. But, my how this story has changed in the span of a couple of months.

Thanks for the input :D I'm glad she's melancholic and sort of in limbo cause I was trying to make her calmer and less defined since she's only 18 or 19-ish.

The description of Regent sounds incredibly familiar...

Elysia sounds like an extremely content and mellow person who is often spaced out. She also sounds like the type of character who you'd put through the trope "break the cutie". She's rather positive and realistic, but I think she's a little odd if you want her to be the norm. But you know I'm not normal, so I'm a bad judge on normality.

lol, Regent's not based on Rutgers if that's what you were thinking :P it's too small. It's based on TCNJ (I got the population from there) and some of it's based on Drew and Monmouth.

Elysia's supposed to be the balance for Jasper and the two together create the 'norm' and by norm I just mean the glue. i wanted her to be strangely optimistic for a teenager because it would balance all the other characters out. Oh yeah I have a new character who I'm kind of excited about. He spends his entire life on something.
