So several facts have come to light recently. The first, of course, is that I've been at my current job long enough to merit a week's vacation. The second is that my skin has been crawling to travel for a while now. Seattle is high on my relocation list. I will be interested in hearing your take on the city and area in general.

I've actually been there before. From what I saw, it's a versatile city. The art scene is pretty interesting, the music scene is great, the floatplane scene is prolific, hiking and mountaineering opportunities are readily available, and the forests are beautiful. Something for everyone, definitely recommend a trip.
