the whole thing was really sad and i wish i never saw it. joe rogan's first show "inside the belly of the beast" was actually smart in a lot of places, he was an associate of kevin booth's at that time (bill hicks fans know of kevin booth, rogan's show was produced by sacred cow) and i could see why. but his subsequent albums were mean, juvenile and devoid of any creative thought at all. and why would lydia lunch even occupy the same space as a defensive, reactionary, mouthbreathing frat boy like rogan in the first place? my only guess is he portrays all women in his act as complete morons. you see how all he can do is raise his voice at her and tell her she's old and fat.

in the video, rogan keeps repeating "i'm not going to play into your act" when in all reality it's lydia who seems to have played into his. he didn't deserve to catch one glance from her but look how much energy she spent on him to no avail. eccck. such is the internet age. what's next? "come watch your heroes caught on video taking a shit at mcdonald's"??
