The grapes of wrath - Was this the one with Lenny and whatshisface who liked furry things? That was the one I read.
I think you mean Of Mice and Men. A beautiful and sad story.

If I should recommend one of the books you marked as unread, I`d say Don Quixote.

What I've heard of Don Quixote sounds really interesting; maybe after I pay off my library fines I'll check it out.

Oh, library fines. I`ve been a financial contributor to all libraries I frequented all my life. With one exception: the library where I volunteered (more exactly, I was the head librarian), but that was only a tiny library.
