I never had braces and ended up with four teeth having to be extracted because they were sticking straight out of my mouth (quite a lovely thing to have happen in high school,I might add -- quite attractive!)...so my top teeth are not as they should be, and my bottom teeth are crooked.

So eat away and enjoy the taffy and gum!! And smile your beautiful new smile proudly!!

true, and I've heard so many horror stories about people who didn't wear their retainers and ended up having to wear braces again (and one from somebody who had a lock jaw...ew)

interesting story about high school teeth. i don't feel so bad about mine now. ^.^ not that mine were ever notably crooked.
