And people wonder why I rant so much about the fucking asshat beliefs, opinions, and actions of religious people and confront them as much as I do. WTF!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! What a total and utter disaster. I had to take a couple of brakes while reading this and I still haven't worked up the nerve to watch the video. Beyond that, I am speechless.

I know you haven't heard from me lately, (hell haven't posted on my own lj much lately), but I could NOT not comment on this being a practicing Witch and Wiccan High Priestess myself.

I have heard of the witch hunts in Africa before, but not to this scale. It's absolutely APPALLING! I once belonged to an Evangelical church and well, I have 'seen the light' I guess you could say. To think these people are preying on a people who are VERY superstitious and such is just...I don't have the words for it!

It sickens me and saddens me to see something like this. I know that many of the churches around here would denounce something so horrid as that.

I just wonder what I can do...and I WILL find something, somehow, somewhere. As appalling as this is, thank you for posting this Jude. Will be linking to my lj ok?
