from my experience, the real fun and adult feelings don't come until the third decade. the twenties is all about laying foundation and learning as much about yourself and the world as you can.
don't sweat the doubt and confusion and going in all directions. it's where most people your age are at that age.
in fact, i'd say if anything you seem to be well ahead of the curve compared to where I was at 21/22 (mired in unproductive melancholy and spoiled thrashing about).
There would be some blood, piss, shit as a possibility. Think MVAs and such. And would your rad tech program include MRIs or no? SOme don't have as much as you may think. Some are xray only. So make sure its a good program!
I hear ya on the grossness potential. see, I'm still in the mindset from nursing school that I could overcome my aversion, but it wouldn't be bad if I didn't have to too often, ya know

The vascular stuff would be a lot of angioplasties, and looking for clots (brain, legs, lungs). Post stroke patients, stuff like that. I *think* liver and gall bladder stuff may use the same specialist/techniques. Probably the stuff with upper and lower GI series, too

aw, hopefully not! you guys should be sure to give the area I was in some space for long enough the little buggers can't cross infect you. hopefully it was just once I was away from the neem and stuck on the train that they went to town.
