4 cm cinnamon stick
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
425g rice (3 rice cooker cups, washed)
1 tsp salt
800 ml water
50g roasted cashew nuts
50g raisins
80g shallots (pounded)
4 cloves garlic (pounded)
