I'd love to know the name of this book because I'd like to read it. I'm a highly functional person with fabulous organizational skills, but for some reason, I've always had trouble staying organized and focused on what I need to do. I think that even if I may not be ADD, I could probably learn a thing or two from it.

The only thing I've stuck with, organizationally speaking, is my Franklin-Covey planner system. My mom sent me when I was in high school to help me with "time management" and school. It helped me to learn how to make effective lists and prioritize the tasks on the list as to which had to be done that day and what could be done that day but wasn't as important. It taught me how to focus on what was important and not to get distracted by other things.

Now that I have Dani, I feel much less focused, a little depressed, overwhelmed with all of the "housewife" duties that are much harder to keep in line than a school schedule or work schedule, mainly because there is no real schedule to them.

I guess I need more structure? I think that the book could help me to reduce my stress and help me with how I think, and in turn, that will help me to re-structure my life.

I think reading this book would do me some good. I'm going to check it out from the library if they have it.
