An olive oil wrap can help. I've had some success with Tresemme anti-frizz creme, brushed into my hair while it's still wet. I have wavy hair that frizzes out, too. The stuff leaves my hair kind of stiff, but it seems to work.

Yes, this humidity has been endless!! And you live near the water, don't you?

Oh awesome, thanks for the heads up. I'll try that. :)

It's been awful! Yep, I'm on Long Island so we get a double whammy with the humidity (I'm about 8 miles or so from the south shore beaches).

I have extremely frizzy hair and I use Frizz-Ease. All their products are the best without spending a fortune!!

Awesome, thanks for the heads up, hon! I'll try to find that. :) I tried the Garnier Fructis stuff today and it seems pretty good, but I think it's a good idea to have a couple different things. It seems that if I use one product for quite a while, my hair gets used to it and it stops working! I was using this "It's A 10" stuff for at least a month and I thought it was a miracle worker at first. Now it just makes my hair feel sticky.

Hi Jess,

The humidity on LI has been VERY high lately. This will make most people's hair frizzy. I know mine has been a mess these last couple weeks, and by the look of the forecast, I doubt it will improve soon. If one of the products really helps even in this weather, please let me know. I'm willing to try something as well.

Hi Lori,

It has been awful lately. My hair usually gets a bit frizzy in the humidity, but lately it's seemed even worse. I have had some good results with Garnier Fructis' Sleek & Shine Leave-In Conditioner so far. It has a pleasant smell too, not a really overpowering perfume smell like a lot of hair-care products seem to have. I'd recommend it.
