i truly feel blessed to live in this beautiful part of the country!
the blue ridge mountains of NC are my favorite place in the world.
the music here is wonderful... have you ever seen the movie "Songcatcher" ? If you like bluegrass/old time music you should really watch it. It is about a woman who travels deep into the mountains searching for the people who still know old english ballads because they have been passed down through generations ....
