Aw, do you have chipmunk cheeks? I looked ridiculous after my surgery, but thankfully it was an easy recovery. Hope you're doing well and enjoying your drugs!
I have slight chipmunk cheeks but not that bad, actually. I have a friend whose whole face went black and blue and I was sure that was going to be me, but I look pretty normal. Anyone who didn't know I had surgery might just think I was putting on a little weight or something. My IV arm though? Total disaster area. Looks like I accidentally leaned on a black ink pad. And my drugs are quite good at killing pain, although I get really dizzy when I'm on them so that I can't manage things like stairs. Who needs stairs when you have people to bring you ice cream and pillows?
I certainly wouldn't need some lame ass stairs when ice cream magically appears at my pillow supported side : ) Glad to hear your face is doing relatively well. I was very swollen but it looked worse than it felt.
