pictures on what thing? your journal?
cause, if that's what you're talking about, it's basic HTML my dear sister. First of all, you image has to be hosted somewhere. Once that is taken care of, you get the address of the picture and then you do this....

dddduuurrrrrrrrr, what I put there isn't going to show up cause it's html... so, I'll just have to show you in person.
