Christmas pictures

We're spending Christmas here in Connecticut this year. It will be our first Christmas alone together, without our families. It worked out this way because this year was Thanksgiving in Pensacola/Christmas in Enid, but when it came time for looking to get days off for December, it didn't seem too promising for either one of us. Love your fiber optic photos. Tanqueray has been grazing on tinsel as well, but she doesn't barf it back up. The other day she walked around for quite a long time with tinsel hanging out of her butt. That'll teach her.

Oh, the humiliation!

We keep waiting for tinsel butt, but more often the process is munch, hang around an hour or two, then gag, gag, gag in that way only cats can.

It's true. And she's done that, too, but usually the tinsel just seems to go into the belly and... congeal... until it decides it's ready to make its escape.

I had the camera on a tripod, and no flash. I took a whole bunch of photos zooming in or out while the shutter opened and closed, and because the colors change, it made those rainbowy streaks.

And, yes, that's my rack. :)
