Today I kept track of how many cigarettes I smoked by writing a tic mark on my wrist for each.

Someone else on my friends list has cut down by tapering off over a month or so. That, combined with Zyban, has been very successful for her. She also consciously tackled different smoking temptations, like one week she said buh-bye to smoking in the car, the next week it was some other association, blah blah blah.

Sounds like you're doing well for today!
