For dinner, I am making a spinach salad with sliced pears, walnuts, and crumbled feta drizzled with fig balsamic cream (balsamic reduction... mmmm....). Followed by Spinach & ricotta stuffed pasta shells with generous amounts of parmesan and mozerella. And the aforementioned poached pears for essert, with a selection of Belgian chocolates.Mmmm
