Elana and Chris are coming over today so that we may pickle and can 60 pounds of beets. If all goes well we'll get 20 or so pints each. This may be enough

This scares me. Probably because I don't like beets. I'm sure if it was raspberries and jelly type stuff I would be all over it. ;-)
