yeah finding placements can be tough. It's funny that they'd say that about kids and Numar because I would think it would be a good educational experience for kids. I never did my college placements with seniors but i'm sure it will be fun. good luck

Thank you Steph. I agree completely that it would have been very educational for the children to have a guide dog there. Well, maybe next year's placement I will be able to work with a different group of people. I wanted something different because even though I really loved working with seniors in co-op at w. ross, I want to try something new.

I already have a laptop, but it is so out of date, and there isn't much room on it for notes and such. The one I'm getting is much better.

It'll be a great experience for me to take the train home.

You know, the senior industry is where the money is too. The baby boomers are getting old, so there are tons of them. My mom is thinking of buying a nursing home. She wants me to work there. I don't know if I could do it though. No patience here, but congrats to you!
