Oh! Have a fabulous time! The movie is decent, but the stage production is 10 trillion times better! :D

I am quite curious what will happen seeing it with my homophobic mother. She denies it, of course, but hates that her lovely Jesse plays a gay man. In her world, only gay people should play gay people. Therefore, she thinks Anthony should have played Collins/Angel. And she likes to scream "EW" when there is an Collins/Angel or Maureen/Joanne kiss. I tried to tell her that she may not like the show, but she insists on coming, and got mad at me for even suggesting it. I swear, sometimes we're oil and water.
