My grandmother makes a Jello thing for most family get-togethers (down here we call them "congealed salads", which never sounded gross to me until I got older and by then I liked them too much to care), which I believe consists of lime Jello, cottage cheese, crushed pineapple, and chopped pecans. It's surprisingly good.

But seafood salad? In the middle? Um, no.

The worst part of that recipe is the fact that it makes '6 servings'. That's a pretty big slice of revoltingness you're asking people to choke down.
