Irene Adler runs a wet tongue over her blood red lips as she stands opposite the wild creature that defies her with a pout of poison.
“You won’t be needing the handcuffs tonight River.”
“Miss Adler,” River whispers huskily, her lips drawing into a smirk as she grabs the end of Irene’s whip and pulls The Woman closer, “I’ve been warned off you.”
Irene stares challengingly back, “You don’t look like the kind of woman that listens to incriminating rumours.”
“Even lies hold a semblance of truth and besides I liked what I heard,” She smiles and drops her handcuffs.
