Guess what I saw on my way to work today. A real himegyaru in Helsinki. Really a proper one, allthought her make up was not nearly as over the top as japanese himes, but her wig/hairextensions were indeed quite admirable.(Must've been heavy too ._.) There's at least two girls at ET who do at least gyaru, so I wouldn't be so surprised if the said hime was either of them. I think their user names were Visual and Eä(or some variation, not elÄ though).
And gosh, they both are always a stunning sight! <3

Some people from Terrible indeed do wear gyaru (be it hime or the regular) on a daily basis. Eä is probably one of the most famous ones of them. It might have been Cupcake Couture's Viivi or one of her friends as well, though.

Hmm I should really activate myself there again. I never really got in, probably because I knew no-one at that time so was a bit scary. But oh, I'd so love to participate a lolimeet up... At the moment I'm a bit of a closet-lolita, my closet is packed with skirts but I don't see myself going out alone wearing them.

(^ I don't think Viivi uses/has never used that style, but I could be wrong. I just can't recall seeing her ever in such clothes, except for cons or something (not really on those either, though xD))

Your description made me instantly think of Laura, but she only has one picture up at the moment and I'm too lazy to search my folders for more. xD Here is a picture from her blog, though. Hope I could help. :'D
