So the heater/boiler in our building went out, and we're without heat. Which means I needed to warm my hedgehog up (she's fine, but had gone to sleep in a non-heated area of her cage.)
is that even legal? I know you can't have an echidna in australia unless you are taking care of it for the national parks cause it is hurt or some such

She is actually my pet- she's a domesticated hedgehog (the African Pigmy Hedgehog breed) and here in the States (or least nearly all of them) they are legal pets.
She's MUCH smaller than most wild variations of hedgehog (save the africian/middle eastern species).
