Today I miss the squirrels in Madison Square Park, and revolving doors. I miss the doorman's happy greeting, and being let off the elevator first. I miss the Sfizio sandwich at Mangia on 23rd Street, and the MetLife clock tower ( Read more... )

Hehe, it sounds exciting to me, when I tell it. It's all a little different when experiencing it first hand...it sounds much better than it feels, much of the time, but I'm still enjoying it.

I never would have expected this 15 years ago, I'll tell ya!

It does all sound both scary and exciting. It's nice to have you back on this side of the pond and to be reunited with your little furball. That HAS to be worth the trip :)

Yes yes yes, he has been SO cuddly and fluffy, and sticking very close to me this week.

Friday, I take him to the vet for his last check-up processes before we take him to London on Sunday morning. Wish us luck!

I too, am really happy to be on this side of the pond. It really does feel more like home to me, somehow. I had an English friend many years ago tell me he thought I was a displaces European. Perhaps he was right.

I talked with my consultant at the agency yesterday and she says she knows 3-4 really good consultants in other agencies who would be able to help you to a job you might just adore.
