Need a New LJ Layout...

I want to be geeky for a moment and put this out there:

I really want a new journal style that isn't what is available through LiveJournal. I want a customized one, but I'm absolutely horrible in creating my own content.I would love something that is "How I Met Your Mother" related and Neil Patrick Harris related, maybe with some Joss Whedon stuff

Like you, I am desperate for a new layout. Only, I really don't know what the frak I am doing. It was almost beyond my ability to upload my animated Mood theme!

I really need someone to hold my hand and talk me through it!

LOL I remember when I used to use my mood themes. I had ones for this anime "Full Metal Alchemist" a few eyars back. I don't use it anymore though.

Well I hope we both get some help on this! Some layouts are really self-explanatory.

I know you can have a fun one with a plus account though. I'm just not sure how to do it.
