IPhone (3GS, not the new one) has retreated into a catatonic state of only showing me the black screen with the white Apple logo. Microsoft products do crash, but they are also somewhat designed to recover from crashing. Apple's, with their celebrated simplicity, have one button, and if pushing it doesn't solve the problem, there's a distinct lack

Yup, that's one of my biggest issues w/ Apple products.

Maybe it's pouting because the world is busy talking about it's big brother and it feels unlloved. Or it died.

It is possible that Apple has advanced it's tech to the point where it's suceptible to psychological problems. At any rate, it appears I can no longer receive phone calls, and need to go to the Apple store.
