Congrats, Jerry!!! :) Know what this calls for? A visit from A and me! Hehe. I hope we get to see your new place soon. Andrew only has two weeks of vacation per year because of his crazy school schedule, or we'd come up for a visit ASAP. :( Maybe we can take an extended holiday on a 3-day weekend. I hope you two are doing well!
