Either Mr. Rogers' approval is important. Tony should realize this. :)

Sorry to be critical, but it needs some minor catharsis or revelation for Steve. Or the existing revelation(s) about Tony neesd to hit harder or be made more of. Or either Steve or Tony need to draw an analogy with something that was similarity formative for Steve, perhaps something Steve's never told anyone. Even as a brief scenario it needs more of a climax than it has. Or maybe it's already all you wanted it to be, and that's okay too.

I especially liked the way Steve prompted Tony to continue when Tony mentioned daddy issues without any comment that might have been taken for a zinger even if it wasn't meant as one.
