Sales Report: December

Summary: Much better sales this month. I'm still a believer in the Christmas Bump, as I managed to get five sales alone on Christmas Day. Adding in the total year's sales from Smashwords and I've easily topped five hundred dollars in pre-tax profit. That's a first in the three years or so that I've been selling my stories online.

This month was the first time I "found" more than $100 in my money-from-Amazon/Smashwords bank account, although I'm pretty sure it was about three months worth of earnings [wry g] -- I have a hard time thinking of it as earned money, because it just sort of shows up in my bank account on its own recognizance. But I'm beginning to wonder if someday I mignt not be able to pay my mortgage from my writing money. Someday.
