saw the Transformers trailer online when it was released on the 7th. very nearly flipped out in glee. Then I started hearing rumors that the last hallowed bastion of my childhood may be in danger artistically. egads. You don't fuck with Prime. Megatron, eh, I'll allow that a little. Making him a giant tank (pre-bug head version on the crappy modern cartoons) was an awesome move.

But lord, if they butcher Prime like they've been doing lately..... I might cry.

As for the PoC, I loved the movie. I had a feeling it'd be one of those Back to the Future-esque cliffhangers, though the ending was shocking. I really hope they've got a good explanation for "him" being back. But overall, it's without a doubt the best Disney sequel ever. And nobody can fault Keira Knightly. So hot.

If they want to sell tickets they won't fuck with Optimus. Weird thing about Pirates was that ending, cliffhanging though it was, didn't get me excited for the 3rd one. Not that I won't see it. I will probably go opening night, but really I was torn in so many ways with that film.
