I wasn't surprised by the California decision. In fact, one of you texted me moments before the decision was unveiled and by the time I finished texting what I thought their decision would be the news was announced

They'd better put it up in 2010. The wrath of the masses will not forgive them if they forfeit two years of our marriages just because they're so afraid we might lose that they don't even want to try.

I saw an email recently from one of two organizations soliciting opinions on whether or not to put it up in 10 or 12. Today I heard on NPR that they are collecting signatures for 2010. I think these may have been two separate organizations.
