Another boring day at work. i'm on a safety course and boy to those things drive you crazy. I've just been for my offshore medical which I passed. I'm up to 14% body fat so that's healthy. Nothing out of the ordinary. I'm slightly stressed aparently and I was given things to work on that. Why can't life ever be a simple straight line. On a control valve course today thankfully cos it's baltic outside. Started playin raquet ball on a weekly basis and getting fitter. Not been doing much else.
