I predict... NEWS will release a single, and there will be an extremely unlikely song that will suddenly catch fire and take away the top spot from them. KAT-TUN will release something sometime this year that will top the success of Seishun Amigo. Jin will do a drama. Arashi will start to slow down, NYC will cease all activities, and Kimura will... continue to rule Japan...

In 2011, real group will debut! None of this iffy Nakayuma Yuma w/ B.I. Shadow --> NYC Boys --> debuted NYC. (They should have kept it as NYwBIS and HSJ.) On a side note, are the "boys" still juniors? Yeah?
Arashi will sell a few singles.
Sakamoto probably won't marry Kami. (It's just a hunch)
KTTUN - swim or sink? They'll have to work hard and need luck (though Jin will need more).
One of those popular junior groups need to debut. Kis-My-Ft2? ABC-Z? Can their names not be hyphenated? KAT-TUN is enough to type. I'll bet on Kis-My-Ft2.

I think I might be late to the game, but here's my prediction:

Arashi will have 12 singles - one every month. Then they'll have a CD in May, and a tour to go along with it.

NEWS will have two singles and a CD, each spread out suuuuuper long, and then they'll have a winter tour, because TegoMass will have a spring tour since Yamapi is having his solo tour.

KAT-TUN will continue to do fabulous without Jin. They'll release three singles so they have enough to beast ahead of NEWS in the chart records ((even though I don't want that to happen, but it probably will)).

Jin will release his CD over here, and it'll sound awesome, and I will call my radio station asking if they have his songs.

And that "Snow Prince" kid ((Morimoto Shintaro)) will debut with Nakayama Yuma and Yamada and they will be called MYN, pronounced "mine", because Johnny likes debuting the random ones and doesn't want Kis-My-Ft2 to leave Shounen Club because he knows they're the only reason why I watch it.
