Oh my god this is amazing! I absolutely love Tey's original so I was really curious to see what you would come up with for this and really- I could not have imagined a better twist on it! The idea of writing from the receptionist's pov was brilliant and I really like how it adds a slightly more sterile layer to the story than the original, at least up until the end when it all starts to fall apart. There you managed to pull us right back into the chilling gore and viscera and Yoko's panic from the original piece, (which I love so much <3) And SO much love for keeping in the bit about Pi's eyes XD

Seriously though, this is such a wonderful remix! And such a perfectly morbid touch to the end~ :3

Though sometimes she read about him in the tabloids, partying all night long, and wondered if it was his method of washing The Bath away.
I really like the phrasing and imagery of this 8|b

Thank you! Initially the receptionist wasn't going to be so sympathetic, but I decided that treading the sympathy/creepy line was far more effective :)

I was worried for a while that you hated it so you hadn't known what to say yet, but I am happy to know my paranoia was unfounded LMAO. As soon as you made that post that you were still going to read it, I felt a lot of relief haha! I'm really happy you didn't make this a safe story because I found it so compelling and I really was in the mood to remix something gen and different from my usual - this totally fit the bill ( ... )

The fic Bulletproof itself is one of my favorites but your remix is also superb~ I like how the story is told from different POV, and it added more reveals, I think.
