I am completely blown away by this remix! The reverse-chronological order, the words you used to relay the story, even the use of the little suns and rain clouds as markers it was all so spectacular!
Once I hit paragraph too, you really gave me a scare. I was thoroughly disturbed and creeped out by what was ensuing but obviously I didn't give up. It was a delightful chill really! Definitely not what I had in mind as I developed Yamashita's reasoning towards being so thin, but yours is much better and more complex. You're whole story is more beautiful and complex then mine ever will =)
Before too long he had become the forgotten toy, shoved aside for the shiny new plaything, and he spent days and days in front of the mirror refusing food and thinking on perfection. this was my favourite line in the whole piece!
