I ate at the meat faucet (
Fogo de Chao

It's good to hear another positive review of Fogo.
I'm planning on taking the boy there for his birthday.
And, yes, lunch is the ideal time to go. Not only is it less busy, but it's also the same food you'd get at dinner, but for $20 or so less.

We ate there in December, and it was wonderful. I loved the polenta.
The pork was terrible! All of it was overcooked and thus, dry. Chokingly dry. Maybe we were there on a bad pork night.
Fortunately, the other meat was great.
