Had a social evening that flew by, managed to skip every second drink so saved myself both an expensive evening and a hangover while having so much fun 11 came without me noticing. Blew off other social arrangements to be sensible and get work done. Managed to contact all my loved ones overseas and check in with them. Got more work done on certain ( Read more... ) -

I have a feeling this will be a series.
It's weird how quickly the novel becomes ordinary. Not in a bad way. Just things starting to feel normal, like home. Work would certainly have a part in that. Nothing like the dullness and monotony that comes with regular work to take the shine off things. The human brains ( Read more... ) -

Since March I've been working for an employer on a week to week contract. It's been awesome, but they've just given me a weeks notice as they are expecting less revenue in the next quarter and can't afford me anymore ( Read more... )
