I got online this morning, and you know what? I couldn't think of anything to do online. I used to spend HOURS online, but nowadays, when I check my email, I'm like...now what? I just can't think of what else there is to do. And I know I used to spend time chatting, instant messaging, etc., but I no longer do those things. I used to spend time ( Read more... )

Check email. I go to several websites first thing in the morning such as facebook, LJ, ajc.com (local newspaper) and perezhilton.com (guilty pleasure). Also do my microsoft money most mornings...putting in any receipts from the previous day. I check my classes online to if any grades have been posted and if there are any messages. Sometimes I catch up on the previous nights tv shows episodes I missed that are online.

But overall I do spend less time online than I used to. I don't log on to LJ daily anymore. I've developed a hatred of email, and have to set a reminder so that I check my email accounts at least once each week.

If you want to waste time online, it's easy. Some of us old die-hard stick ih the mud's still play RS, but some have moved on to THERE, Second Life, World of Warcraft, Guild Wars, etc. etc ( ... )

Er, of course, I didn't mention posting replies on LiveJournal, because that is clearly NOT a waste of time.
