Recipe: Ham Casserole

I promised Tom's brother Ed that I'd post this, but I'm lazy and kept putting it off.


Judy O'Grady's Ham Casserole
from The "I Hate to Cook" Cookbook

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped ham
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 onion, diced & microwaved for 1 minute
1/4 cup milk
1 Tablespoon horseradish
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 cups cooked egg noodles

Directions:
Stir all ingredients together and bake in a covered dish for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Notes:
I usually measure the horseradish fairly generously, not leveling the measuring spoon. Adjust it to your own taste.
This recipe makes about 4 helpings, so double or larger batches are almost always necessary.
