I know its a long shot, but I need help.

I found this AWESOME piece of furniture last night on the side of the road and I can't figure out what it is. It's something from the 1900s (1930s or so).

I'm not an antiques expert, but I am a theatrical set designer, and over the years I've had to learn a fair amount to reproduce period rooms and furnishings. Given the dimensions, I think that's a dining room sideboard.

I'm not an historian either, but my grandmother had a sideboard, albeit not as lovely as this one, and I concur.
