I started Weight Watchers Online today. I was going to start when I got back from vacation, but I need to start NOW. This weight is SO out of control. I'll sign up for the gym when we get back from vacation.
I'm so over being uncomfortable in my own skin.

I use an app on the iPhone (and on my iTouch before I got the phone) called LoseIt that tracks calories and has you stick to a budget (you add for things you eat and subtract for exercise) and its been great. The first time I tried it, I got obsessed about the calories after a couple of weeks and was totally miserable, but this time seems to be going better. I've lost 6lbs in the two weeks I've been sticking to it.
