I can't say I'm a lemon fan, either, so if you liked it I'll have to give it a try.

Yay for a non-seafood recipe, though I realize this would be a great side for one. :)

The next one should be non-seafood too. I'm gona try my first lasagna. Although I am a huge seafood fan so I'm guessing most of them will be. Sorry :)
Wait...you don't like seafood?

I love lasagna, though I'm thinking it's time to change up my recipe a little. I tend to stick with a recipe and slowly, over tons of time, gradually add things to taste.

I can't stand seafood. I know, I know: I'm really in the wrong part of the country!

Even if all you post is seafood I'll still read your blog--you write well and you do great things with your camera.

It's kinda funny, I do a similar recipe, but I add asparagus :) I just love the citrus flavor in this dish :)

This is one of those things I made for my boyfriend. He loves lemony things & I've never been a big fan. But a lot of times I like to pick something for dinner I think he would like & surprise myself in the process. He's getting me to eat more citrus & I'm getting him to eat more mushrooms. :)

Then you need to give some tips, coz I can't get to eat mushrooms myself ! Something about the chewy factor :P

Well, the thing about mushrooms is that there's so many different kinds. If it's a mental thing you may be out of luck. But if it's just the texture of a certain kind or way that kind is cooked (or not cooked) then the possabilities are endless. I thought I didn't like portabellas because I had a really bad portabella sandwich at this place. But I sucked it up & tried them again in a different recipe & I loved it that time. I also thought I didn't like salmon for a very long time. Man, I was missing out! :)
So what have you had a bad experience with?
