It is quite tasty and pretty easy too. Not having to peel them and a food processer made the prep work a breeze. I'm thinking about making more for Christmas presents this year...

Plum jam, yum! I can only imagine how great it must be homemade! I've never had time to make my own, but 'Bonne Maman' brand Damson Plum jam is the best store bought jam I ever had. :)

Really jam making is so ridiculously easy, I don't know that I'll ever buy it again!
